The B30 briquette press is designed to handle a wide range of materials without the need for pre-mixing. Thanks to its high pressing force and intelligent cycle settings, it can efficiently process not only standard wood waste but also more challenging materials.

It even handles fine particles such as sander dust or MDF, making it an ideal solution for joinery workshops, furniture manufacturers, and smaller woodshops.

Features and Functions of the Briquette Press

Briquette length: from 30 mm to 70 mm, can be set according to the bulk density and type of material. This ensures maximum output and efficiency of the press.
Customisable programmes: pressing cycle can be adapted for unusual materials (e.g. acacia, bankirai, etc.).
Handles all wood waste and more: sawdust and shavings, including laminate and MDF dust, straw, paper and various other biomass materials.
Moisture content: suitable for material with 6 – 15% moisture (and up to 20%, depending on the material).
Input size: material pieces up to 3 × 3 cm.
Briquette density: approx. 900–1000 kg/m³ – suitable for long-term storage.
Fully automatic operation: computer-controlled, no daily adjustment needed – simply set the program and press.
Automatic stop: machine shuts down (including main motor) when material runs out.
Self-diagnostics: detects faults such as metal objects in the feed, stops the press, and switches off the motor.
Easy maintenance: press chamber can be cleared quickly using manual controls if required.
