PH ECO Briquette Machine is a quality-made, single-phase, compact, and economical machine suitable for small and medium workshops, joinery and carpentry, farms, mills, gardeners, timber shops, etc.
Our PH ECO briquette machine is capable of processing up to 12kg of material per hour (material dependent).
It is a compact, unique, single-phase press with no wear-and-tear parts (you only need to change the hydraulic oil regularly (i.e. once a year)).
The machine is versatile – it can process different wooden waste – softwood, and hardwood in the form of small shavings or dust, but also MDF, OSB and various biomass waste.
Depending on the material, this machine is capable of producing briquettes of comparable quality to much larger machines costing two – three times the price.
The binding process is done by pressure and heat (no additional binders are necessary). The heat releases the natural binders in the material, helping the compression process which is done by hydraulic ram. This way it can produce dense and long-lasting briquettes even from very dry materials like some hardwoods, MDF, etc.
This system may require a change of its settings (heat and pressure) if the character of the input material changes.
The machine comes with a 12-month UK warranty, after-sale and after-warranty support.
